As we all know, fabrics and textiles don't have lead in them, nor do they have pthalates. But to the enforcers of this law, it doesn't matter. Those of us who stay home with our children and sew diapers in our spare time do not have the funds to submit every single item we create to end unit testing, nor can we afford the fines that can be opposed if we are caught selling such items after the 10th of February.
