We're having a SALE!

We don't do this often, but we are marking down most of the items in our store by $1-$2 . Why are we doing this, you might ask?

I share custody of my DD (Dear Daughter) with my 1st DH. He lives in Northern California, while I live in Phoenix. She spends the summers up there, and then we bring her back down here in time to start school. Well, my 2nd DH lost his job at the end of May and wasn't able to get another one. I in turn lost my job at the end of June. We have both gotten jobs as of July 21 and July 14, respectively, but we don't get our first paycheck until the 8th and 10th of August, well after school starts. School for my DD starts on August 4, so we have to drive up there the weekend before that to pick her up, and we don't have the gas money to do so. So, rather than beg for money and look like a total bum, I have listed lots and lots of items in my store, and will continue to do so over the course of the week. All profits made during this sale will go towards getting my DD back home in time for school to start.

Just Like Sposies

And just in time for Independence Day, I have finally listed my newest concept. These diapers are designed to be as much like a disposable in concept as they possibly can, from being completely trim to avoid the puff bottom effect, to being velcro closing, so even daddies can use them, to being made from waterproof outer fabric and suedecloth on the inside to keep moisture off of tender baby parts.

I am selling them in 3 and 6 packs, specifically because this gives a pretty accurate try into the world of cloth diapering. This ensures that something unforeseen doesn't happen (baby had too much fruit, perhaps) because accidents happen in disposables, they happen in cloth too, just a little less often...

So it came to me, despite the fact that my daughter has not been nighttime diapers in some time, that the perfect nighttime diaper would be a pocket diaper, with PUL outer and cushy soft suedecloth inner, snaps, and elastic all the way around to hug your child in softness... The glow in the dark star snaps finish it off with cuteness, as shown here:

First Post: Trying to Stock

First, I'd like to say "Welcome to my blog." I know that sounds pretty cliche at this point, but...well, it's true. I really don't have a whole lot to say at the moment, other than I am trying to get my store stocked. I finished 2 size small Royal Trainers for boys, and 2 size small bikini cut Royal Trainers for girls....I have to get past the previous ideas I had for stocking a whole bunch at once.....This is what happens when you are used to stocking a storefront, I suppose. So pictures I need to take so I can stock what I have....I will be back when I take the pics....TTFN
